What is therapy?2025-05-16T10:36:19-03:00

There are many reasons why someone might seek therapy. Some examples include:

  • You’re struggling with a big emotional issue
  • You want guidance on parenting challenges
  • You’re facing a difficult decision

Couples therapy or family therapy?2025-05-16T10:42:18-03:00

Any therapy that includes more than one person in the room is considered family therapy. If you’re looking for couples therapy, family therapy—or both—make sure to check if your therapist offers those services.
