I believe that a systemic and a relational approach adds important insights to individual counseling, and I also believe that wholeness of spirit, mind, and body is an important and tangible result of strong therapeutic work.

My goal is to honor and support the courage and vulnerability it takes for each person to open their minds and hearts in the therapeutic relationship.
