Hi, I'm Heaven and I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I am bilingual, so I speak Spanish and English, English is my first language. My license in social work and specialize in depression, anxiety, and mental health crisis situations. I have experience working with both adults and youth. I believe that therapy is a process in which we talk and think about past experiences and/or just what is happening now – it all depends on what the client needs and wants. Also, there are things we can do in between the sessions to help the process along – I'm here to be a helper to you.
