I have twenty-three years of experience in psychology, counseling, and psychotherapy. I have worked with both private and non-profit mental health agencies, providing Counseling and Psychotherapy within the framework of cognitive therapy, Short-Term Psychotherapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Sexual Therapy, Couple Therapy, and most recently, Brief Solution-focused therapy DBHIDS/Practice Guidelines, (Department Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services) thus promoting recovery, resilience, and self-determination in children, youth, adults and families of underserved communities.

I come from Ecuador. Since I settled in the United States, I have been working for an outpatient mental health clinic in the city of Philadelphia, providing Psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and groups. In the caseload, the patients/clients came from diverse cultural backgrounds and a range of behaviors. Through their varieties of complaints, I have provided treatment for individuals of different ages with behavioral problems. Applying the knowledge and skills experience with the ability to convey clinical work in written and spoken English and Spanish. I am here now to provide mental health help and help you overcome your troubles to best of my ability.
